The QIAGEN® QIAseq FX DNA Library Kit (96), optimized for plant DNA, was used for library preparation, which includes a single-step process for fragmentation, end repair, and A-tailing, resulting in DNA fragments of 200–450 bp for library construction. Libraries were sequenced in a 2∗150 bp paired-end run using the NovaSeq 6000 with v1.5 reagents. Library concentration and quality were assessed using a Qubit 4.0 Fluorometer and Tape Station. Sequencing and analysis were performed by N2Jenomics Lab Pvt. Ltd. (Delhi, India).
