How N2Jenomics Contributed

In order to generate genotypic data using the ddRAD sequencing methodology, the isolated DNA samples were outsourced to N2Jenomics Lab Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi. Sequencing was conducted on the Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform after double digestion with MluCI (Frequent Cutter) and SphI (Rare Cutter) restriction enzymes (Peterson et al. 2012). All downstream analyses were performed on a Precision 5820 Tower workstation equipped with an Intel® Xeon® W-2265 processor (3.50 GHz), 64 GB RAM and a 64-bit operating system with an x64-based processor architecture.
