• - Pre-final or final-year B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or Bioinformatics.
• - Intermediate proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• - Working knowledge of Linux OS environments.

• - Construct fully automated secondary-analysis workflows using industry-standard workflow managers (Nextflow or Snakemake).
• - Deploy cloud-based compute environments (AWS/GCP batch infrastructures) tailored for memory-intensive data tasks.
• - Containerize legacy bio-tools into lightweight Docker or Singularity execution images.
